If you realised that you have selected the wrong size, contact us immediately via the Contact form. Please include your order number that was sent to you in the email and the design and size you want to change. If we have not started making your order, chances are we can correct the size. However if we have already created your item, then we are unfortunately unable to change your order.

As we make your order fresh (like freshly baked cookies) we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for your orders if you have change your mind.

Of course you can. The benefits of made to order is we have the ability to put any design on any item of clothing available on our store. Use the Contact form to enquiry the clothing options available.

Yes we do. We offer partnership agreements for businesses, athletes, influencers and your everyday person. We collaborate on a design where we will share the profits. Use the Contact form to find out more. 

Our current partnerships

For standard orders it can take 7-10 business days to order, print and deliver.

For express orders it can take 2-5 business days to order, print and deliver.

We always aim to give our customers premium outcomes, and this means regular quality control checks. From time to time, a printed garment may not meet our standards, and we'll need to reorder the stock to complete your order. This may change your delivery date, but we'll keep you updated.
